About Sharon
I am a Mum of two (adults now!) and an advocate of making the best of ourselves to help us feel better within. Feeling good on the inside and outside is important and if we can do it in the most natural way possible, all the better. ME time is essential to maintain good physical and mental health.
I am passionate about empowering people to make the changes they need in their lives, within their work life, self and families ...asking for help to do so is a strength.
I have worked in the social work (probation (adults) and child protection) and the education fields for many years coaching and empowering people to help themselves. Due to the stressful nature of this work I have always enjoyed creative pursuits. This has meant along with my professional experience I have learnt other skills that can inspire us to make our lives as beautiful as they can be.
I have enjoyed doing things to de-stress myself and these things help me to make me, and things around me, find their inner or outer beauty; whether that’s a make over of myself, a friend, a piece of furniture, a room, a family requiring help to make their relationships better, or a colleague wanting to improve themself.
I have found benefit in positive thinking, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, reflective solution focused practice, decorating, painting, interior design and beauty therapy and I want to spread the word to others. We can all help ourselves by working towards small goals. I believe we can all find calm and inner peace by being kinder to ourselves and accepting ourselves for who we are, whilst making the most of what we’ve got to feel good about ourselves. We all have something to be grateful for and we all have more to learn.
Following gaining my qualifications in Parenting, Attendance & Behaviour, Interior & Furniture Design, Nail Technician and Facial skincare, I am currently studying towards a Level 2 Beauty Therapy and Reflexology qualification to add to my “feel good about life“ services.

They work by literally bursting fat cells which are expelled through your lymphatic system. real at home lipolysis! The lotion can be used on its own or with compression bandages for quicker results which help to compress the spaces that are left behind. It is important to drink lots of water before and after. Best results are achieved by wrapping every 3 days using the lotion to moisturise the area morning and evening in between wraps.
